This product uses SANY Hematopoietic patent "bisspecific antibody preparation technology" to simultaneously pair red blood cells and target cells in whole blood, and then uses traditional Ficoll density gradient centrifugation to directly separate/remove target cells from whole blood, which can be used for untouchable cell sorting conveniently and quickly. The amount of blood treated was 50ml whole blood. This product can be used to remove more than 90% of CD3+ cells, providing a powerful tool for basic and clinical research.
