Introduction

Fc receptors are glycoproteins with a molecular weight of approximately 50-70 kDa, including FcγR (IgG), FcεRI (IgE), FcαRI (IgA), FcμR (IgM), and FcδR (IgD); in the immune system, Fc receptors are fully expressed on different types of cells, such as monocytes, granulocytes, B cells, and dendritic cells. In biomedical experiments, such as cell sorting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and flow cytometry, the binding of non-specific Fc receptors results in the binding of the Fc region of the primary and secondary antibodies to the Fc receptor on the cell. It brings large errors to the experimental results (Fig. Therefore, it is very important to exclude the effect of Fc receptor to obtain accurate experimental results.
