This product can easily and quickly separate high purity CD19+B cells from fresh or frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The total number of cells that can be treated is 1x10^9, and after purification, more than 90% of CD19+B cells can be obtained, providing a powerful tool for the use of CD19+B cells in basic and clinical research.
