This product can easily and quickly negative select high purity CD8+T cells from fresh or frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The total number of cells that can be treated is 1x10^9, and after purification, more than 85% of CD8+ T cells can be obtained, providing a powerful tool for the use of CD8+ T cells in basic and clinical research.
